How is the rebate paid — cash or account credit?
Rebates are settled quarterly. The rebate is usually paid as a credit toward your next quarter’s ad spend. The settlement method is confirmed after the quarterly billing statement is issued.
Is there a minimum ad spend to qualify?
Yes. Rebate tiers start from $1,000 of qualified monthly spend. Higher monthly spend unlocks higher rebate rates — up to 10% on Bing Ads.
Do you charge any fee for opening the account?
No. Account opening is free. We are compensated by the ad platforms, which is exactly what allows us to share a rebate with you.
Who manages my campaigns — you or me?
You do, by default. You keep full control of campaigns, budgets, and creatives. If you prefer managed services, ask us during the account review and we can discuss a separate management plan.
What happens if my ad account gets suspended?
As a channel partner we can escalate appeals through dedicated platform channels, which is typically faster than self-serve tickets. Note that spend on accounts suspended for policy violations may not qualify for rebates.
When exactly is the quarterly payout?
Rebates are calculated at the end of each calendar quarter (Mar 31, Jun 30, Sep 30, Dec 31) and settled within 30 days after the quarter closes.
